herein after referred to as XY … also after my (our) death, to represent me (us) in any and all matters, including tax, patent and trademark matters, in Civil and Criminal Courts of justice, as well as in administrative agencies (authorities, bodies) and revenue offices as well as outside of courts and official agencies in particular to institute, conduct and desist from actions or other legal or administrative proceedings in court and in official agencies; to accept service of any kind, including writs of action and judgements; to bring and take back appeals and other legal remedies; to bring about and desist from enforcement proceedings and temporary injunctions;
