Statutes of XL Holding SE
I. General Provisions
§ 1 Legal Form, Company Name, Registered Office and Duration
1.1 | The Company is a European company (SE) according to Council Regulation (EC) no. 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the statute for a European company (hereinafter “SE Regulation”) and according to the Austrian Societas European-Act, as amended (hereinafter “SEG ”). Subordinately, the provisions of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act 1965, as amended, (hereinafter “AktG”) apply. |
1.2 | The name of the Company shall be “XL Holding SE”. |
1.3 | The registered office of the Company shall be in Vienna. |
1.4 | The Company shall exist for an indefinite period of time. |
